Health & Medicine on Khan Academy: No organ quite symbolizes love like the heart. One reason may be that your heart helps you live, by moving ~5 liters (1.3 gallons) of blood through almost 100,000 kilometers (62,000 miles) of blood vessels every single minute! It has to do this all day, everyday, without ever taking a vacation! Now that is true love. Learn about how the heart works, how blood flows through the heart, where the blood goes after it leaves the heart, and what your heart is doing when it makes the sound “Lub Dub.”

  2. I like khan academy video the most except this one where a second person in the video is asking question and comment, that is not helpful at all, please edit the video, make it free from the second person

  3. this is so helpful! 🙂 thankew so much fr puting effort on this.. but ur effort is never a worthless bcz many of students lyk me are learning things very easily.. so appreciable thing! 🙂 though interviewing is sum wat distracting.. i love this way of teaching.. thankeww so much..

  4. Thank goodness Sal was explaining things too. The guy speaking was just like a textbook, while Sal put it in terms that one can understand.

  5. I like the questions that sal is asking. It’s very interactive learning. Learn by asking, not just listening. I can remember everything in the video because it was like holding a conversation, vs just listen to someone talk. Thank you Sal for reiterative, clarifying and asking questions.

  6. I wish the presenter touched on the other hormones secreted by the pituitary gland such as Follicle stimulating hormone, oxytocin and antidiuretic. My current high school A+P classes are very in depth and hard to follow. I would like more detailed videos to help me study.
